Mrs. Nicholls was born in the small rural town of Nababeep in the Northern Cape, where she learned the value of perseverance and creating opportunities despite difficult circumstances.

Her career in medical recruitment began in 1997 with a leading UK medical recruitment agency, where she gained valuable industry experience and developed a strong belief in “doing the job” properly.

Motivated by the need for more ethical, compliant and professional medical recruitment in South Africa, she founded Immploy Medical Recruitment in 2003. Her goal was to provide private and government healthcare facilities with fully vetted, qualified locum and permanent medical professionals they could trust.

Over the past two decades, Immploy has grown into a trusted medical recruitment provider, built on the values of integrity, professionalism and excellence.

As part of the Solutions for Africa Group, Immploy also supports the SFA Scholarship initiative, which helps unemployed young adults gain accredited training, practical workplace experience and access to employment opportunities. The programme also supports the inclusion of people with disabilities as part of the group’s broader transformation goals.

To date, the programme has enrolled 65 learners, with 17 securing permanent employment within SFA companies and others finding work in their communities. A further 35 learners are currently completing their learning journey and preparing to enter the employment market.
