Our client is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join their retail team in Cape Town.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Retail sales experience would be advantageous
- Experience in consumer electronics, cellular, technology, or a similar retail environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Promote and sell products and accessories
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
